At Dominate My Sport, we hear your athletic training concerns and take detailed note of your medical history, and conduct movement screens to evaluate areas of weakness and strengths. From there we create an individualized performance training program aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together. Our program includes strength training, speed training, sports nutrition, conditioning training, agility training, and Christian Values.
